VELOUR BY NOSTALGI X SPERRY TOP-SIDER

Gothenburg based apparel brand Velour by Nostalgi have long drawn inspiration from the music world. Avid festival goers, Velour’s design team set about reworking the classic Sperry Top-Sider CVO for the sometimes less than favorable conditions that can arise during outdoor concerts, the result; a clean take on a classic sneaker, perfectly suited for autumnal adventuring.

Available in both the vulcanized CVO and Chukka silhouettes, helping to keep the weather at bay the shoes feature a water resistant coated rubber upper with heat welded seams reminiscent of a classic Scandinavian rain jacket. I love Scandinavian design and I have always been a huge fan of the Chukka silhouettes - so this is definitely a winner for me!

The shoes are available from 17th October through Oi Polloi, existing Velour retailers and a handful of selected Sperry Top-Sider accounts priced £75.00 for the CVO and £85.00 for the Chukka.
